{"id":872,"date":"2020-10-01T18:02:38","date_gmt":"2020-10-01T18:02:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/horizonnorthhousing.org\/?page_id=872"},"modified":"2020-10-05T17:32:40","modified_gmt":"2020-10-05T17:32:40","slug":"eiligbility","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/horizonnorthhousing.org\/?page_id=872","title":{"rendered":"Eiligbility"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Eligibility criteria for HNHI requires that applicants:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Reside in the City of St. Louis<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Are head of household<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Are at least 18 years<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Have a developmental disability and be eligible\/registered with the St. Louis Regional Office<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Have one or more children under the age of 18<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Meet homeless criteria*<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Meet income guidelines<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HNHI is funded in part by the St. Louis Office for Developmental Disability Resources, and the U S Department of Housing and Urban Development.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>There are 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. All units are large and completely accessible. Each unit includes one full and one \u00bd bathroom each. In addition, each unit is furnished with appliances. Based on the idea that each applicant is homeless and has little or no assets, all units are equipped with a washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All tenants have at least one support service in place when they become a resident of HNHI. As a supportive housing agent, HNHI works with other community support agencies to provide on-going support to families.
